Fantasy Baseball Insiders Tonight 4/14: Ryan Theriot, Randy Wells Lead Cubs in Wild Game at Wrigley Field

Game No. 11 in our journey to score 162 games this baseball season featured the Brewers and Cubs in an exciting finish at Wrigley Field. Game No. 11 – Milwaukee Brewers vs. Chicago Cubs Randy Wells was the story of the first half of this game, striking out six batters through four, all against the Brewers’ one through three batters (Rickie Weeks, Corey Hart, Ryan Braun). With two outs in the fifth, Rickie Weeks worked a nine-pitch at-bat, forcing Wells to labor for the first time all day. On a day full of exciting matchups, the Insiders scored three games from start to finish, making for the most in-depth update of the young season. The Cubs’ right fielder just missed another homer in the sixth, chasing Jay Bruce to the wall in right field...

New day, new insider. Fantasy Baseball Insiders’ sixth game of the season was the season opener at Comerica Park featuring the Tigers and the visiting Indians. Game No. 6 – Cleveland Indians at Detroit Tigers Friday’s game featured few hits, few strikeouts and one enormous error by third baseman Jhonny Peralta. Grady Sizemore finished with two hits and a stolen base. One of the hits was a rope off the wall for a triple. Grady is now batting .316 on the season and just may be on his way back to prominence...

Ticket Liquidator

Interest is peaking among those who seek cheap tickets to MLB games, especially the stadiums that fill up fast and sell out quick like Fenway Park seats, cheap Yankees baseball games and the big one in July; the 2011 MLB All-Star Game in Phoenix. Before that, though, don't forget to check out these seats at the College World Series 2011. As we head into spring, there are other sports hitting their high notes, including cheap games at the NBA finals, action in the octagon at a MMA Fight Night and other fight tickets including the 2011 boxing schedule.
